I prohibit and do not recognize any transfers of virtual items or virtual currency conducted outside of the games, including any purported sale, gift, or trade in the "real world." Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void and may result in the termination of your account.

4. Your Responsibility in Using My Services
By using my services, you agree not to:

Send, post, or transmit material that may be abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise offensive;
Stalk, harass, or defraud other users;
Use unauthorized software, scripts, or tools to modify or interfere with the games;
Buy, sell, or trade virtual currency, items, or accounts outside of authorized channels;
Exploit or publicly share game errors or bugs;
Share your account password or allow unauthorized access to your account;
Access another user’s account without permission.

5. Guest Accounts
Please note that guest accounts may not be eligible for customer support or recovery of virtual items or currency if you change your device without creating a permanent game account.

6. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
I may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of your game account if there is a reasonable belief of non-compliance with this policy. In such cases, refunds, benefits, or compensation will not be provided.

7. Suspension and Termination of Services or Games
I reserve the right to discontinue any part of my games or services at any time, either permanently or temporarily. Upon such termination, your license to use the affected services will automatically end, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

8. Fees and Purchase Terms
While some games may be described as "free to play," they may include in-app purchases requiring real money for additional content. All purchases are final and non-refundable. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes and acknowledge that pricing may be revised at any time.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of my services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
